Terms of Service
Last updated May 30, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Milli website at millihealth.com, the Milli mobile application, and related services (together, “Milli” or the “Service”), operated by Milli Health (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, joining early access, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Milli is — and what it is not
Milli is an AI-powered personal healthcare companion. It helps you understand your health information, organize and follow your plan, track patterns, prepare better questions, and take the next useful step — with source-backed education and transparency about what it used.
Milli is not, and must not be relied on as: a doctor, nurse, therapist, pharmacist, or other licensed professional; an emergency or crisis service; a diagnostic or treatment device; or a replacement for professional medical care. Milli does not diagnose conditions, prescribe, or independently start, stop, combine, or change any medication, supplement, or treatment. Decisions about your health should always be made with a qualified clinician who knows your history.
2. Not medical advice; emergencies
Content provided through Milli — including educational answers, summaries of your data, patterns, reminders, and suggested next steps — is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something Milli told you.
For urgent or high-risk situations — including but not limited to chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding or allergic reaction, fainting, pregnancy complications, thoughts of self-harm, overdose, or any severe or rapidly worsening symptom — contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately. Do not wait for or rely on Milli.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service. The Service is intended for use by adults managing their own health, or by caregivers acting with appropriate authority and consent on behalf of someone in their care. The Service is not directed to children. If you use Milli to help another person, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for handling their information appropriately.
4. Early access & the evolving Service
Milli is in active development and may be offered as an early-access, beta, or preview release. Features described on this website or in the app are provided in good faith and may change, be delayed, or be discontinued. Early-access functionality may contain errors, may be modified at any time, and may not be available continuously. Joining the waitlist signs you up for updates and does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular feature.
5. Your account & security
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in method (such as a magic link or verification code) secure, and to be responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
6. How Milli uses AI (and its limits)
Milli relies on artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate responses and suggestions. AI can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and may occasionally produce inaccurate or misleading information. You should review what Milli tells you, use your judgment, and confirm anything important with a qualified professional.
To support transparency and safety, Milli is designed to: show the sources, data, and context it used (“What Milli used”); require your review and approval before taking meaningful actions on your behalf (such as creating tasks or sending messages); and route higher-risk topics through additional safety handling. These safeguards reduce, but do not eliminate, the risk of error. You remain responsible for the choices you make based on the Service.
7. Medications & high-risk topics
Milli can help you track medications and supplements, set reminders, and find source-backed general information so you can ask better questions. Milli will not tell you to start, stop, combine, or change a medication, supplement, dose, or treatment without the guidance of your clinician or pharmacist. For medication changes, drug interactions, and other sensitive or high-risk topics, please consult a qualified professional.
8. Health data & connected services
With your permission, Milli can connect to third-party health sources such as Apple Health (HealthKit) and Oura, and can use information you choose to share (such as goals, routines, symptoms, medications, and care-plan context). Connections are made with your consent, are read-only where applicable, and can be disconnected by you. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We design Milli with health-data sensitivity in mind and aim to handle information carefully, including transparency about what was used and the ability to delete your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Care network & sharing
Milli can help draft messages and summaries for the people in your care network — such as a clinician, pharmacist, coach, family member, or caregiver. Sensitive messages are drafted for your review, and you approve the wording before anything is sent. You are responsible for the content you choose to approve, share, or send, and for ensuring you have the right to share information about others.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- rely on the Service for emergencies or as a substitute for professional care;
- submit another person’s information without the right or consent to do so;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems (outside of good-faith, responsible security disclosure);
- misuse the Service to provide medical, legal, or professional services to third parties; or
- interfere with the safety mechanisms or attempt to manipulate the AI into unsafe behavior.
11. Your content & feedback
You retain ownership of the information and content you provide to Milli (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to provide it to you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
12. Payments, rewards & marketplace
The current version of Milli does not charge for the Service and does not process payments. Any points, badges, streaks, or similar engagement features are for encouragement only, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money or goods. We do not sell your health data. If we introduce paid plans, purchases, lab ordering, or a marketplace in the future, those features will be governed by additional terms presented to you at that time.
13. Intellectual property
The Service, including the Milli name, the Milli character and visual identity, software, designs, text, and other content we provide, is owned by Milli Health or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial health use, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Apple, Apple Health, and HealthKit are trademarks of Apple Inc. Oura and Oura Ring are trademarks of Ōura Health Oy. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners. Milli is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies.
14. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services and content that we do not control. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information, output, or result will be accurate, complete, or reliable, or will lead to any particular health outcome.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Milli Health or its officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or for any health outcome, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milli Health and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
18. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if needed to protect the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Milli Health is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not otherwise subject to an applicable alternative-dispute process. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
