Terms of Service
Last updated June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the millihealth.com website and early-access waitlist (the "Site") and the Milli app and its supporting services (the "App") — together, the "Services," provided by Milli Health ("Milli," "we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. What Milli is — and isn't
Milli helps you understand, track, organize, and prepare questions about your health — and always shows its sources. Milli does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, replace your doctor, pharmacist, or care team, or guarantee outcomes. Using the Services does not create a doctor–patient relationship. The Site introduces Milli and lets you join early access; the App is your personal AI healthcare companion. Some features are being rolled out gradually and may change.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. By using them, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and your own.
3. Early access & the waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is a request for future access — it does not guarantee access, timing, features, or pricing.
- Early access, if offered, may be limited, may change, and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Please do not submit personal health details through the waitlist form.
4. Your account
The App uses passwordless phone sign-in. You're responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@millihealth.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You may close your account at any time from the App.
5. Health information & your responsibilities
- Information Milli provides is for education, organization, and support — not a diagnosis or a treatment decision. Always consult a qualified clinician about your health, and seek urgent care for high-risk symptoms.
- Milli never changes your medications. When you import a plan or medication, verify the details against your prescription label and your clinician's instructions. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
- Do not rely on the Services in an emergency or for time-critical decisions.
- You're responsible for the data sources you connect and for what you choose to share with your care network.
6. AI features & their limits
Milli uses artificial intelligence to help explain and organize your information. AI can be wrong or incomplete. To keep it safe:
- Health answers are source-backed and show "what Milli used," but they are general information, not medical advice tailored to you by a clinician.
- Milli proposes; you approve. Anything that would change your records, plan, or medications is presented for your review and confirmation — Milli does not take those actions on its own.
- High-risk and emergency situations follow fixed safety rules that route you to real help, rather than relying on the AI's judgment.
- You agree not to rely on Milli as your sole source for any medical, safety, or legal decision.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- Disrupt, overload, probe, or breach the Services or their security;
- Submit false, abusive, or automated entries, or impersonate others;
- Upload another person's health information without authority to do so;
- Use the Services to provide medical care to others, or in any high-risk setting where failure could lead to harm;
- Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or reuse the Services or their content except as permitted by law;
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
8. Your content & data
Your health information and the content you provide are yours. You grant Milli a limited license to host, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Services for you, and to do the things described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information or use your health data to train third-party AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Integrations & third-party services
The Services let you connect third-party sources (such as Apple Health and Oura) and rely on third-party providers (such as cloud, AI infrastructure, SMS, and email). Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Connections are read-only and opt-in, and you can disconnect them at any time. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
10. Payments & subscriptions
Milli may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future. If it does, the price, billing terms, and any free-trial or cancellation terms will be disclosed at purchase, and purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms. Early access is currently provided without charge, and we may change what is offered for free at any time.
11. Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. We do not sell your information.
12. Intellectual property
The Services — including the Milli name, mascot, software, copy, and design — are owned by Milli Health and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal use under these Terms. You may not use our marks without permission. Oura, Apple Health, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
13. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information or AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. Milli is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milli Health and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim, or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Milli Health harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.
16. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, to protect the Services or other people, or if we discontinue a feature or the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Milli Health is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located there will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law where you live.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Milli evolves from a waitlist into a full app. We'll revise the date above when we do, and for material changes we'll provide more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
